Hot Night in the City
Celebrating the “hot” processes and traditions of craft creation, the Worcester Center for Crafts’ Hot Night in the City practically combusts each summer with music, food, drinks, the opening of an exhibit, and fun around the flames. All are welcome as we explore the hot processes of craft in and outside of the Center.

Impostors Cup Show
In the Impostors Cup Show, artists are assigned a potter to imitate, and someone else is assigned to imitate us! We’ll then guess who is posing as who!

Brimming: Goblet Invitational
The goblet or chalice has a long history filled with mysticism, power, and ritual. At its core, a goblet is defined as a footed vessel intended to hold drink. However, the common understanding of what a goblet is expands beyond its function to its inherent symbolism relating to ceremony and opulence.
I’m a big fan of Belger Arts and am really honored to be a part of this show!

Embrace the Vase Show
I’m super happy to be a part of the “Embrace the Vase” juried show at the Worcester Center for Crafts! There will be a lot of beautiful pieces for sale and on display there. A big thank you to Martha Grover, who juried this show !

Bright Idea!
Andem Arts co-owner, Karen Flannery, dreamed up this studio-wide exhibition in the dark, dreary days of January and it’s almost time to show off all the incredible lamps that our members have been working on for months. Karen gave participating members all the same basic large form with instructions to “have fun and have it respond to light in some way”.

Plymouth NE Open Market
Brand new this year, come explore some of the best the local arts scene has to offer along Plymouth’s beautiful waterfront. Every third and fourth Saturday from May to October, meet over 50 local artists, makers and craftspeople, along with specialty food vendors along the historic lawn of the Hedge House on Water Street.

Coolidge Corner Arts Festival
The 43rd Coolidge Corner Arts Festival will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 11am-6pm, rain or shine, along Babcock Street and the adjoining parking lot, between Harvard St and John St. In addition to 90+ arts and crafts booths, guests will be able to enjoy food trucks, a beer and wine garden, and patio dining.
The event is accessible by the Green “C” line to Harvard Street in Coolidge Corner or the #66 MBTA bus.

This fall Charlie Cummings Gallery will host Cup: The Intimate Object XVIII, the eighteenth installment of our iconic annual cup show. This year the exhibition will once again be via both invitations and submissions showing five individual cups from each participant and will be online, celebrating the most intimate and beloved of functional ceramic objects.
